Key issued - hand this to the customer, it is never shown again:
One account = one credit pool - every key the account owns spends the same balance. Grants require a reason; every movement lands in the ledger.

Card Generator
Upload the prospects you want to mail, preview each #10 insert card with its real tracked QR and a personal note, then print a plotter-ready 6×4 proof.
Upload a recipient list
A CSV with names, companies, and mailing addresses — an Apollo, Clay, or CRM export works. Each row becomes a prospect you can print and mail a card to.
Each imported prospect can carry its own message (the message column of your CSV — notes still works). When it is filled, that is what prints on their card; this template covers everyone else — toggle “Use each prospect’s own message” in Preview to switch. {first_name} personalizes either way. For line breaks, use real new lines inside a quoted CSV cell or type <br>. Shows live in the preview.
Use a list already in Inkly
Pick prospects you have already imported. Manage the lists themselves under Prospects › Manage lists.
Add recipients by hand
For a single card, or a handful. Each person is saved as a tracked prospect with their own QR and appears in Prospects. Only the people you add here get printed — the list and stage above are ignored until you clear them.
A name or a company is enough to add someone. The mailing address is only needed to print an envelope. Removing a recipient here drops them from this card run; they stay in Prospects.
No recipients selected yet.
No prospects with a QR token yet. Upload a list above or add contacts in Prospects.

Employees see this workspace; customers never do. The role decides what they can change: owners and admins run everything, fulfillment moves production, support edits order notes, read-only watches. The person still signs up normally with the exact email listed here.

Roles & permissions
| Role | Access |

| owner | Everything, including owner/admin role changes. |
| admin | Orders, credits, prospects, inbox, analytics, settings, and team management. |
| fulfillment | Production queue, batches, packing, and inventory movement. |
| support | Order support views and admin notes. |
| readonly | View-only access across the ops workspace. |

iAuto Machines
Each pen machine runs a local bridge that detects the machine and heartbeats here - machines register themselves, with the id the iAuto software assigns. Online status, live state, and per-machine calibration live below. “Add machine” walks you through bringing up a new bridge.
| Machine | Status | Seen | Base URL | Calibration | Bridge | Actions |
|---|
No machines yet. Start a bridge (or click “Add machine” for the steps) — it registers itself once the machine connects.
