Start your first campaign
Create a campaign, import at least 50 US recipients, write your messages, and choose a front. Save a draft at any stage. The review screen shows the quantity, price, approvals, return address, and arrival request before you pay.
Create a campaignPrepare your recipient CSV
Include first_name, last_name, address1, city, state, and zip. Use two-letter US state codes and keep leading zeroes in ZIP codes. Each upload can be up to 1 MB; append multiple files up to 5,000 recipients. Duplicate names at the same address are skipped and reported.
Download recipient templateWrite and approve your messages
Choose one shared message, individual messages, or balanced variants. Personalize with first_name, last_name, and company merge fields in double braces. Every rendered message must fit within 500 characters, 16 lines, and the pen layout. AI suggestions need your review. Editing printed content clears approval.
From approval to the mailbox
Cards are 6 × 4 inches, written in ballpoint pen. Custom fronts require an Inkly proof and your approval. More than 500 recipients also requires staff capacity and date review. Your requested arrival is a target, not a delivery guarantee. Mailed status records handoff to the postal service.
Understand QR results
Tracked campaigns print a unique QR on each recipient’s card. Total scans count scan events; scanned cards count distinct mailed cards that received a scan. Scan rate divides scanned mailed cards by mailed cards with tracking. A scan does not prove an open or delivery. Historical shared codes remain separate.
Fund your campaign
Wallet balances and transactions are in US dollars. Owners can add $50, $100, or $250, fund an approved campaign’s exact shortfall, or pay a whole campaign through Stripe. Members can spend available wallet funds. Funding the wallet does not submit a campaign; confirm the campaign purchase after payment settles.
Manage creditsRequest a cancellation
Open a campaign’s menu and request cancellation before production begins. Inkly places eligible campaigns on hold while staff review your request. Refund progress is shown separately. Returned mail does not automatically restore your balance.
Manage your workspace
Switch workspaces using the control at the top of every page. Owners manage invitations, billing, and integrations. Members create campaigns and spend available funds. Protect your account with an authenticator in Account.
