HubSpot private beta
Add Send a handwritten card to a contact-based workflow. No API key to paste. Connecting your portal sets everything up, and the card fields map straight from contact properties.
Each live send draws one card from your account balance. A repeated HubSpot delivery replays its first result instead of mailing or charging twice. Read the HubSpot guide.
Shopify private beta
Send a handwritten card after a paid order - including "on their second paid order" - or around a birthday or customer anniversary. Rules start as drafts, preview their real volume and cost, and nothing mails until Inkly approves the store for live sends.

Scheduled and recent
Each live send draws one card from your account balance. Orders that are cancelled or fully refunded before the card is produced cancel the card and restore the credit automatically.
Send a card automatically when a deal closes, an order ships, or a row lands in a spreadsheet. An API key is the only credential Zapier needs.

Inkly is in private beta on Zapier. The invite below adds it to your Zapier account.
- Add "Send Card" to a Zap
Pick any trigger, add the Inkly action, and paste your key when Zapier asks to connect.
Each send draws one card from your account balance - top up in the Credits section before the first run. Map a unique deal or order ID into the Deduplication Key field and retries can never mail the same card twice. Read the full guide - setup walkthrough, field mapping, and eight example Zaps.
