How it works · Fully managed · Starting at 1,000 cards

Honest robots,
real ink.

Send one CSV, then approve the printed front and messages A and B. A machine holds the pen - a real ballpoint, pressed into real card stock. We validate every address, write and address every card, and mail within five business days of your second approval.

After approval, it’s off your desk.

One CSV in. A campaign on desks out.

From your list to their desk, in four steps.

You send the list

One CSV, validated to the letter

First name, last name, company, title, and a U.S. mailing address - one file is the whole handoff. We validate every address before anything is written, and records that fail come back to you flagged, not quietly mailed.

You approve

The design and both messages

Approve the printed front - your design or one of six house cards on heavyweight ivory stock - then messages A and B, written in your pick of nine handwriting styles (preview them here). Nothing is written before both approvals.

The machines write

A real ballpoint, one letter at a time

We'll be straight with you: a machine holds the pen. But it's a pen - real ballpoint, pressed into real card stock, with the pressure changes and small imperfections of human writing. Not a font. Not inkjet. A 400-character note takes about three minutes of actual writing, and the envelope is addressed in the same hand, because a typed envelope gives the game away before it's opened.

Mailed, tracked, measured

Real stamps out, scan data back

Every envelope carries a real first-class stamp - no postage meter marks. The campaign mails within five business days of the final list and second approval. Messages A and B each carry their own tracked QR path, and the 30-day report shows scans by variant.

The details buyers ask about

Questions, answered plainly.

Is it really a pen?
Yes. A ballpoint, held by the machine, writing one letter at a time. Ink soaks into the paper and the pen tip leaves a physical groove.
Will recipients think a human wrote it?
Most do. The style has natural variation, and the envelope is addressed in the same pen with a real stamp. We don't print “sent via Inkly” anywhere unless you ask us to.
How fast does a campaign mail?
The campaign mails within five business days of the final list and second approval. We commit to the mail date; once USPS takes the handoff, delivery timing is theirs.
What if an address is wrong?
We validate every address before production and flag anything broken - failed records come back to you instead of being quietly mailed. Undeliverable returns get reported back so your list gets cleaner over time.
